    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to manage front desk operations and ensure an inviting and efficient work environment. In this contract role, you will handle administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, and oversee facility-related matters. This position is based in New Orleans, Louisiana, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative office setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist visitors while maintaining a well-organized and welcoming reception area.

    • Answer, screen, and route phone calls efficiently to the appropriate contacts.

    • Coordinate the scheduling and setup of meeting rooms, ensuring all equipment and materials are prepared.

    • Oversee the organization and functionality of shared office spaces, including break rooms and conference areas.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, working closely with vendors and service providers.

    • Plan and manage logistics for internal events, including catering and communication.

    • Maintain records of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment as needed.

    • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and preparing correspondence.

    • Assist multiple departments with special projects and ad hoc tasks when required. Requirements • Proven experience in a front desk, administrative, or receptionist role.

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • A customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.

    • Experience in coordinating meetings and events is a plus.

    • Familiarity with facility management or space planning is preferred.
