Description We are seeking a Chapter Director to join our team, operating within the non-profit industry, based in Miami, Florida. As a Chapter Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving fundraising results, establishing relationships, and overseeing chapter operations. You will also be tasked with managing a variety of initiatives simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve fundraising objectives

• Develop and maintain relationships with significant donors, as well as less significant ones

• Create strategies to find and secure new donors

• Oversee fiscal management of the chapter, ensuring operations align with the approved budget

• Establish relationships with existing and new groups to adapt to the changing organizational environment

• Develop a donor research plan and stewardship program

• Collaborate with the Planned Giving and Foundations department to meet the Chapter’s goals

• Communicate effectively with local lay leaders, providing necessary information for Chapter success

• Coach and supervise team members, delegating authority where necessary

• Report timely and accurately to the Regional Vice President and Board members. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Fundraising, with a strong understanding of effective Fundraising campaigns, strategies, and management techniques.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing Fundraising plans that align with organizational goals.

• Familiarity with Fundraising databases, specifically with "Raiser's Edge" software.

• Proven track record of organizing and managing Gala Events and Community Events.

• Excellent skills in Donor Communication, ensuring a positive relationship with all contributors.

• Experience in Donor Management, including maintaining records, acknowledging donations, and developing donor retention strategies.

• Strong Community Relations skills, with the ability to represent the organization to various stakeholders and the general public. Innovation starts with people.®
