Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brookfield, Connecticut. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing customer accounts, issuing warranties, and ensuring accurate data entry. If you excel at multitasking and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update customer account information, ensuring all data is current and reliable.
• Process warranty requests and issue warranty documentation to customers in a timely manner.
• Review and verify reports to identify necessary updates, such as reactivating, closing, or extending customer accounts.
• Communicate effectively with customers through inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries and provide support.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools proficiently to manage daily tasks and documentation.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and meet service goals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards in all customer interactions. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
