Description

Are you a motivated litigation attorney seeking to make a meaningful impact representing clients in personal injury cases? Our law firm client in Eau Claire, WI, is looking for a passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. While prior experience handling plaintiff personal injury matters is not required, familiarity with the litigation process and a strong desire to advocate for clients in personal injury cases is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft Legal Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and other court filings with precision and efficiency.

+ Conduct Depositions: Represent clients in depositions by gathering critical testimony and evidence to build strong cases.

+ Court Appearances: Advocate for clients in hearings, trials, and other court proceedings.

+ Handle Discovery: Manage written discovery requests, responses, and document analysis to support case strategies.

+ Collaboration: Work closely with paralegals, case managers, and other members of the legal team to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Requirements

+ Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin (required).

+ Strong knowledge of litigation processes, including case management, filings, and courtroom procedures.

+ Exceptional organizational, research, and communication skills.

+ A commitment to delivering client-focused legal representation in personal injury matters.
