Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Tax Staff member to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this role, you will handle business tax returns, financial statement reviews, and provide expert accounting support. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with clients while ensuring compliance with federal and corporate tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review business tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.

• Analyze and review financial statements to provide insights and support decision-making.

• Collaborate directly with clients to address their tax and accounting needs.

• Assist with the formation of business entities and provide guidance on associated tax implications.

• Ensure compliance with corporate and federal tax laws through diligent reporting and documentation.

• Handle complex tax returns, offering solutions to meet client-specific requirements.

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.

• Provide annual tax filing support and ensure all deadlines are met.

• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to offer accurate advice to clients.

• Contribute to the preparation of corporate income tax returns and related documentation. Requirements • Proven experience in both tax preparation and accounting, including financial statement reviews.

• Strong knowledge of federal and corporate income tax regulations.

• Proficiency in using accounting software systems for tax and accounting tasks.

• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly.

• Familiarity with business entity formation and related tax implications.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

• Up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
