Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a Contract-to-Ongoing basis in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play an essential part in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory data reconciliation. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform data entry tasks to ensure financial records are up-to-date and organized.

• Reconcile account discrepancies and maintain accurate records of all financial activities.

• Handle invoice processing and ensure proper documentation for billing purposes.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies in financial records or inventory data.

• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle to manage financial data.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries as required by management.

• Monitor and update inventory records to ensure consistency with financial documentation.

• Use Microsoft Excel to create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for tracking financial data.

• Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with invoice processing and billing procedures.

• Ability to work onsite in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
