Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report financial data.

• Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate and complete financial records.

• Input financial transactions into the company’s internal database.

• Assist in preparing financial reports for management and stakeholders.

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and related financial records.

• Oversee Accounts Payable processes, including creating payments and checks for company expenses.

• Manage client invoicing and ensure timely submission to managers.

• Organize and maintain company documents in both digital and physical formats.

• Perform general administrative and office duties as needed.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements • Solid understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or a similar role.

• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with credit card reconciliations and invoicing processes.
