Description We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. This long-term contract position involves supporting customer onboarding processes, assessing applications for eligibility, and managing accurate data entry tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical business operations and collaborate with multiple units.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the onboarding of customers to cooperative members by processing membership and patronage applications.
• Review and assess applications to determine patronage eligibility and accurately input required information into organizational systems.
• Communicate with applicants and relevant business units to address incomplete or incorrect forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Draft clear and precise written correspondence to request additional information or clarify application details.
• Support the Patron Equities team with various ad hoc projects to meet organizational needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain data integrity.
• Ensure all customer records are updated and maintained in accordance with company standards.
• Utilize SAP R/3 system effectively for data entry and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with the business units to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
• Familiarity with SAP R/3 and other data management systems.
• Strong written communication skills to draft precise and well-structured correspondence.
• Ability to assess applications for accuracy and compliance with eligibility criteria.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience working on ad hoc reporting and projects.
• Knowledge of equities and onboarding processes is a plus.
