Description We are looking for a motivated and analytical Sourcing Analyst to join our Indirect Sourcing team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse data sets, provide actionable insights, and contribute to process improvements within a dynamic and evolving procurement environment. Ideal candidates will have a curious mindset, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Extract, transform, and combine large data sets from multiple sources to support sourcing operations.

• Develop visually engaging dashboards and reports using advanced Microsoft Excel functions and Power Query.

• Analyze and interpret data patterns to provide actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Refresh and improve existing dashboards to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Create and deliver compelling presentations and dynamic reports for key projects or strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sourcing strategies and provide strategic recommendations.

• Support strategic sourcing events, including the development of RFx documentation and related procurement activities.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of vendor scorecards, cost models, and key performance measurements.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes while supporting initiatives for improvement.

• Handle one-time project-based assignments and provide timely responses to stakeholder inquiries. Requirements • 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related role such as buyer or sourcing analyst.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including dashboard creation and data manipulation.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data insights effectively.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.

• Familiarity with procurement methodologies and strategic sourcing processes.

• Experience with SAP R/3 or similar systems is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within deadlines.

• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving challenges.
