    Description:

    Maintains the stock of laboratory consumables and order supplies, performs laboratory supplies inventories. Receives standards, impurities and maintains various logs to include receiving, usage. Assists in maintaining records and documents for compliance purpose. Follows safety protocols to handle chemicals, biological materials, and hazardous substances. Ensures that all waste disposal meets environmental and safety guidelines. Assists other laboratory operations coordinators and sample coordinators when required.

    Essential Functions:

    + Maintain laboratory inventories of lab consumables and supplies, reference standards, chemicals, columns and order accordingly.

    + Assists sample coordinator in sample receiving, labelling, and sample disposal.

    + Receive chemicals and update chemical logs in inhouse laboratory software/ LIMS.

    + Arrange and stores chemicals, reference standards and other lab supplies in designated area according to their storage conditions.

    + Track and submit documentation Document Control Department.

    + Removal of accumulated garbage and disposal of cardboard.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    + Help another Laboratory Operations Coordinators when needed.

    + Performs other functions as required or assigned.

    + Complies with all company policies and standards.
