Description We are seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry located in San Diego, California. This role involves supporting the Corporate FPA function, maintaining the Argus property level models, and ensuring the accuracy of the forecasting models.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of updating and maintaining the Argus property level models for all leasing activities

• Ensure the reconciliation of Argus back to the MRI accounting system to ensure precision in the forecasting models

• Aid in the preparation of board slides, investor presentations, and annual budgets

• Assist in the issuance of corporate guidelines

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for building advanced financial models

• Employ knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

• Exhibit an analytical mindset, with the ability to multitask and learn swiftly

• Apply experience in real estate, financial planning & analysis or corporate finance

• Use previous experience with Hyperion, Cognos, or MRI systems as an advantage

• Leverage skills in '3M', 'Accounting Software Systems', 'Adaptive Insights', 'CRM', 'EPM', 'Accounting Functions', 'Annual Budget', 'Budget Processes', 'Business Unit', 'Capital Management' Requirements • Minimum of five years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the Real Estate & Property industry

• Proficiency in using 3M and other Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Experience with Adaptive Insights application is highly desirable

• Familiarity with CRM and EPM tools is required

• Demonstrated experience in handling accounting functions is a must

• Proven track record of managing annual budgets effectively

• Proficiency in budget processes and capital management is expected

• Ability to work with different business units and collaborate effectively

• Strong skills in capital management are necessary
