Description

A growing litigation firm with a long-tenured, supportive team is seeking a No-Fault / Insurance Defense Attorney to join its busy practice. This is a fully remote position focused on remote court calendar appearances and motion practice, primarily handling matters related to no-fault defense and subrogation.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Handle remote NYC court appearances (primarily calendar appearances)

+ Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions

+ Conduct depositions

+ Manage and organize high-volume litigation matters

+ Maintain client communication

+ Work collaboratively under partner supervision

Requirements

• Active bar admission in New York State.

• A minimum of 1–5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation

• Strong knowledge of no-fault defense and subrogation legal practices.

• Proficiency in legal technology tools, including case management and document management software.

• Excellent legal writing and research skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and court appearances.
