Description

We are on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to join our team based in Pearland, Texas. As a Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in analyzing, optimizing, and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. The Marketing Manager role will rely heavily on data-driven decision-making, campaign strategy, and collaboration with marketing teams and business line leaders to deliver measurable results and continuously optimize performance and cost per conversion metrics.

Responsibilities:

+ Managing and executing key marketing strategies and initiatives.

+ Supporting paid media initiatives including Direct Mail broadcast and digital that raise awareness and lead generation.

+ Developing and executing marketing strategy and work with team members to support marketing on all channels including advertising web content development social media events videos and collateral materials.

+ Managing business line’s multicultural marketing efforts.

Requirements

+ Seven years of experience in marketing strategy development and campaign execution.

+ MUST have healthcare experience/understanding of the Houston health systems market.

+ Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and advertising channels.

+ Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
