    Description

    We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Inside Sales Specialist to join our client's team in the Woodbridge, New Jersey area. In this role, you will manage incoming sales inquiries, coordinate with contractors and project managers, and ensure seamless communication throughout the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales expert to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple accounts and high-value bids. Salary is 60,000-70,000.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from residential and commercial clients regarding bike rack solutions.

    • Collaborate with contractors and project managers to prepare accurate quotes for competitive bidding processes.

    • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure smooth communication and satisfaction.

    • Track and update all sales activities using Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accuracy and organization.

    • Manage a high volume of sales opportunities, typically handling 50 or more at any given time.

    • Oversee bids ranging from $10,000 to several hundred thousand dollars, ensuring alignment with client needs.

    • Attend industry trade shows 1-2 times annually to network and showcase products.

    • Ensure documentation and processes are maintained to support efficient sales operations.

    Requirements • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a track record of managing inbound leads.

     

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.

    • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Microsoft Dynamics, to track and manage sales activities.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

    • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate quotes tailored to client specifications.

    • Familiarity with working on high-value bids and projects.

    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
