Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to the efficient management of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes and be adept at managing multiple tasks with precision and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices using a three-way matching system to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Code invoices and other financial transactions to appropriate accounts.

• Manage purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for payment processing.

• Prepare and issue checks for vendor payments in a timely manner.

• Handle expense reimbursements and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.

• Utilize accounting software systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics to perform daily tasks.

• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with established financial policies and procedures.

• Support automated payment processes, including ACH transactions.

Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable processes, including three-way matching and coding.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics.

• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

• Strong knowledge of purchase orders and payment processing.

• Ability to perform auditing tasks and ensure compliance with financial standards.

• Experience with automated clearing house (ACH) transactions and expense reimbursements.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
