    What You'll Be Doing

    + Move trailers between dock doors, staging lanes, parking zones, and tandem compounds

    + Operate yard tractors and tractor-trailers in a fast-paced DC environment

    + Work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams to keep freight flowing efficiently

    + Perform light trailer securing/loading duties as needed

    + Conduct pre/post-shift checks and notify dispatch of any maintenance concerns

    + Navigate safely in all weather conditions while keeping documentation and logs updated

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Minimum Age 18**

    + **Valid Class A CDL** – CDLA with no FMCSA medical waivers

    + **Current DOT Medical Card**

    + Clean MVR / Driver’s abstract

    + Prior experience as a **yard jockey, terminal tractor driver, or local CDL driver** preferred

    + Comfortable working outdoors and in physically active settings

    + Able to lift up to 100 lbs and handle trailers in tight spaces with precision
