    Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a **Production Operator** position located in **Wright City, MO**

    Job Summary:

    We’re hiring entry-level Production Operators to support machinery operation, material handling, and product inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior experience is needed—just a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate machinery or material handling equipment

    + Load/unload raw and finished materials

    + Conduct visual quality inspections

    + Maintain a clean, safe work area

    + Follow all safety policies and wear PPE

    + Perform tasks as directed by supervisor

    Requirements:

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly

    + High school diploma or GED (preferred)

    + Entry-level role—no manufacturing experience required

    + Must pass a background check

    + Ability to stand, bend, push/pull, and perform physical tasks

    + Occasional climbing/balancing

    Ideal Candidate:

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
