    Responsibilities for a Career Advisor include but are not limited to:

    + Build strong one-on-one relationships and provide individualized career guidance and case management

    + Lead orientations and facilitate job readiness and professional development workshops

    + Maintain organized records of client interactions and ensure thorough documentation

    + Coordinate referrals, track placement data, and support performance reporting

    + Collaborate with internal teams and employers to align training with workforce needs

    + Support program compliance, intake services, and overall center operations

    Candidates for Career Advisor must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Services, Healthcare, Communications, or related field (preferred)

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in career advisement, workforce development, or case management

    + Strong facilitation and communication skills with experience delivering workforce development curricula

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs

    + Prior customer service experience required

    **Pay Details:** $21.15 per hour
