Adecco is currently assisting their local Grass Valley Client in their search for a Production Test Operator. Who, under general supervision will perform basic to advanced technical production duties to support final quality control testing requirements. This position is primarily an entry level non-technical testing position, but also, based on production needs, _may_ require some portion of time spent on assembly tasks. Responsibilities for Production Test Operator include but are not limited to the following:

+ Using predetermined processes, test products

+ Under direct supervision operate standard test equipment using predefined or automated settings.

+ Meet daily production goals for quantity and quality

+ Preform visual inspection for manufacturing defects

+ Program components and assemblies for production.

+ Pull parts for manufacturing and accurately record and track required materials.

+ Perform general and mechanical assembly using manufacturing documentation to include work instructions, Bills of Material and/or verbal instructions.

+ Practice proper safety procedures.

Production Test Operator must meet the following requirements for consideration:

+ Good verbal and written communication skills.

+ Basic Computer Skills

+ Ability to use standard electronics test equipment using predefined or automated settings.

+ Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Good analytical ability with active listening skills.

+ Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.

+ Possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality, and accuracy.

+ Willingness to adhere to company policies and support management decisions and goals in a positive and professional manner.

**Pay Details:** $16.50 to $17.00 per hour
