    Lead Warehouse Associate – $22–$23/hr

    What You’ll Do:

    + Assign tasks and oversee daily operations

    + Train team members on equipment use and safety procedures

    + Manage inventory and reconcile merchandise

    + Monitor tools and supplies, ensuring everything is ready to go

    + Promote a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

    + Step in to resolve issues and support associate performance

    What You Bring to the Table:

    4+ years of warehouse experience

     

    Prior supervisory experience

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Strong leadership and communication skills

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse

     

    High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

     

    Flexible schedule availability, including weekends

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
