Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for a Maintenance Specialist to add to the Industrial Services Team. This position will ensure the required industrial services for the plant are operating efficiently.
Specifically, this position will:
+ Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of industrial services, including direct supervision of the IS operators and technicians
+ Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and internal requirements for operation and maintenance, and, upkept documentation
+ Ensure the efficient operation of all utility systems minimizing the use of natural resources, energy, and the impact on the environment, including leveraging and managing 3rd party vendors to optimize and improve current operations.
Broadly, this role is responsible for the maintenance and operation of overall facilities and industrial services, including:
+ Steam and hot water generation and distribution, including condensate recovery
+ Refrigeration and Chilled water (and/or other cold medium) generation and distribution
+ Compressed air generation and distribution
+ AHU & HVAC system
+ Energy efficiency and resource conservation of these utilities
+ Ammonia refrigeration
Ideally, candidates should possess:
+ 2+ years hands-on Industrial Services engineering experience
+ Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering preferred
+ Licensed engineer or EIT a big plus
+ RETA certification preferred.
This position offers a salary, 7% bonus potential, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, disability insurance, and a 401K plan.
**Pay Details:** $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
