    Summary of Role:

    You will be a part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture. You will perform transactions or a supported service area in a region, developing solutions to manage the service processes aligned with established practices, policies, and/or laws. An expert in HR operational functions to support company-wide activities and to ensure we are compliant with labor law and company policies.

    Essential Responsibilities :

    + Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees (Hire to Retire)

    + Manage New Employee Orientation.

    + Manager interview scheduling (Executive & Non- Executive) activity.

    + Assist in managing HR inquiries and requests from employees, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

    + Support the HR team in administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and maintaining employee records.

    + Manage Helpdesk as per defined SLAs and metrices

    + HR Service Delivery: Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and transactional services.

    + Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

    + Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal regulations.

    + Data Accuracy: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data in HR systems.

    + Customer Satisfaction: Address employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.

    + KPI Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR Shared Services.

    + Project Management: Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades or process redesign.

    + Collaboration: Work with other HR teams, HR Business Partners, and other departments.

    + Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the HR Shared Services function.

    Other Responsibilities:

    + Knowledge of HR concepts and terminology

    + Experience in HR administration, payroll, benefits, and other HR functions.

    + Effective listening skills

    + Strong customer service orientation

    + Strong ability to grasp information quickly and probe effectively when required.

    + Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize requests and duties.

    + Attention to detail.

    + Effective research, problem-solving and follow-through skills

    + Strong computer/technical skills; previous HRIS experience preferred.

    + Ability to remain positive under pressure.

    + Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing the environmental, health, safety, and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

    Required Qualifications :

    Education

    + Any Graduate Degree or in Business Administration or equivalent.

    + Any Postgraduate degree or in MBA.

     

    Years of Experience

     

    + Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience in HR administration

    + Preferably AMS region HRSS (hire to retire) experience.

    + Preferably with prior experience working in the manufacturing industry.

    Expected Salary Range

     

    $47,300.00 - $84,400.00

     

    The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
