What your day-to-day will look like:

+ Support AI strategy engagements for Fortune 500 clients, working across industries to design, implement, and scale AI-driven experiences.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, insights, data, design, technology) to integrate AI into digital platforms, ecosystems, and customer journeys.

+ Identify and evaluate AI-driven opportunities, assessing feasibility, business impact, and integration challenges.

+ Develop frameworks and roadmaps for AI adoption, aligning technology with business objectives and customer needs.

+ Research and recommend AI solutions in areas such as natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation.

+ Assist in building AI-enabled MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), testing new concepts, and validating AI-driven experiences.

+ Analyze industry trends and create thought leadership on AI in customer experience, digital platforms, and business model transformation.

+ Support internal and client workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder engagements on AI adoption and best practices.

+ Ensure ethical AI practices, considering bias, privacy, and fairness in AI-driven decision-making.

+ Maintain an AI knowledge repository, capturing best practices, success stories, and insights to enhance Cognizant’s AI offerings.

What you’ll need:

+ 5-7 years of experience in AI strategy, data science, digital transformation, or emerging technology consulting.

+ Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, generative AI, NLP, automation, predictive modeling) and how they impact business.

+ Experience in defining AI use cases, evaluating AI platforms, and supporting AI-driven digital ecosystems.

+ Strong ability to synthesize complex AI concepts into business-friendly insights and strategic recommendations.

+ Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making, analytics, and AI-powered customer experience strategies.

+ Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across strategy, data, and technology teams.

+ Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and regulatory considerations in deploying AI at scale.

+ Experience with agile methodologies, design thinking, and lean startup principles is a plus.

+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to present complex AI concepts to business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Strategy, Digital Innovation, or related fields.

+ Prior experience in consulting, AI product strategy, or platform business models.

+ Familiarity with AI development tools such as Python, TensorFlow, OpenAI, or enterprise AI platforms is a plus.

Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 6/12/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $99,000/Year to $116,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
