    **Organization Overview** :

     

    The Sr. Manager IPM Supply Chain Master Data & Flavor Management will lead the team of master data stewards to develop and implement established processes, ensuring accurate and effective SAP master data and flavors setup for IPM. The Sr. Manager IPM Supply Chain Master Data & Flavor Management will work with Network Flavor Managers and IPM functions to develop and implement flavor strategies, considering site plans, constraints, and risks.

     

    This role will be responsible for the data accuracy and the processes used to setup the data and flavors. This individual will liaise with other sites and Global Supply Chain to ensure best practices are implemented at IPM. Additionally, this position will involve leading continuous improvement processes, change management, change prioritization/governance, and OSSCE compliance.

     

    **Responsibilities** :

    + Ensure a safe working environment by identifying necessary safety training, monitoring compliance, and setting behavioral expectations related to safety

    + Establish consistent expectations regarding quality and compliance, including timely completion of training for self and direct reports; maintain processes that adhere to GMP requirements for master data and flavor management; develop expertise in SAP, risk mitigation, change management, and regulatory processes

    + Create a challenging and rewarding environment for the team by setting clear performance expectations; providing direct, timely and appropriate performance feedback; coaching in the creation of career objectives and development plans; encouraging ownership and accountability through employee involvement in departmental processes and measurements

    + Support OSSCE Class A performance by adhering to OSSCE Class A processes, focusing on metrics related to Master Data and data accuracy

    + Encourage the team to operate in an environment of continuous improvement

    + Promote relevant technical skills within the department by helping employees build capabilities to work independently with primary business applications (e.g., SAP); promoting a data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving using available application software (e.g., Excel, IBP, Power BI)

    + Provide expertise in managing site SAP projects, addressing business opportunities/challenges; overseeing the site’s Master Data portfolio; governing and executing the site’s flavor management processes; assisting in special projects or improvement opportunities as needed

    **Basic Requirements** :

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably industrial/mechanical engineering, supply chain and/or science related discipline).

    + Leadership skills and confidence to drive improvement.

    + Ability to communicate and influence across functional groups.

    + Structured thinking and process improvement mindset.

    + Strategic thinking.

    + Capability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

    + Knowledge of SAP.

    **Additional Skills/Preferences** :

    + Experience in manufacturing, preferably in parenteral sites.

    + Experience in leading small teams.

    Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

     

    $88,500 - $129,800

     

    Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
