Box Girder Manufacturing Engineer Objective
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create precise construction documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams across both residential and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities
+ Perform complex mathematical and geometric calculations to support engineering projects
+ Develop comprehensive CAD crane schematics for client approval and production purposes
+ Innovate and implement automation solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency
+ Specialize in box girder design and production techniques
+ Drive continuous process improvements and interpret technical documentation to optimize manufacturing systems
+ Conduct field assessments, prepare detailed documentation, and research engineering data as needed
+ Analyze and enhance manufacturing procedures to ensure operational excellence
+ Fulfill mechanical engineering design requirements for various projects
+ Apply industry codes and engineering standards throughout project execution
+ Develop and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery
+ Maintain meticulous organizational systems for project documentation
+ Identify and implement quality and efficiency enhancements
+ Continually expand technical expertise and professional knowledge of products
+ Devise practical solutions for moderately complex engineering challenges
Requirements
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical or related field preferred)
+ Required: Extensive experience with box girder design and manufacturing processes
+ Proficiency in CAD software and engineering documentation systems
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
+ Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities
+ Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug test and background check
+ Valid driver's license required
