    Duties & Responsibilities: (Essential Functions of Position, Major Responsibilities, Summary of Key Duties, Special Assignments, RelationshipsCut grass with large 16’ gang mower, small tractor and push mowerTrim grounds as directed with string trimmerPick up trash around school groundsEmpty trash receptaclesOperate power washerMove freight and make deliveries as neededOperate freight truck and dump truckDeliver mulch and dirt to facilitiesOther duties as assignedGood attendance and punctuality are a must to ensure that the duties and responsibilities of the job are performed successfully

    Physical Requirements of Position:

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs

    + Ability to walk/stand continuously.

    + Ability to climb ladders.

    + Ability to squat/bend frequently.

    + Ability to climb steps and work on uneven ground.
