WHAT YOU'LL DO:

+ Guide students through hands-on training in our fully equipped facility

+ Share real-world insights that textbooks can't provide

+ Teach practical skills in low voltage systems, fire alarms, security systems, or telecommunications

+ Mentor the next generation of technicians who will shape the industry's future

+ Create "lightbulb moments" when students master complex concepts

YOU'RE QUALIFIED IF YOU HAVE:

+ 5+ years of experience in ANY of these areas:- Low Voltage Systems- Fire Alarm/Fire Detection Systems- Security Alarm/CCTV & Surveillance Systems- Telecommunications and Fiber Optics- Access Controls/PLCs

+ Current RI Telecommunications license

+ Hands-on experience with ladder logic, motor diagrams, AC/DC motors, and motor controls

+ Strong communication skills and a passion for sharing knowledge

+ High school diploma/GED (additional education is a plus)
