Job Description:
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
+ Develop and implement safety protocols to protect employees and maintain a safe working environment.
+ Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations throughout the supply chain.
+ Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the supply chain processes comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
+ Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
+ Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to secure favorable terms.
+ Manage supplier relationships to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
+ Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly to maintain supply chain efficiency.
+ Source and negotiate price and terms of purchase with suppliers for new marketing or cost improvement projects.
+ Identify, negotiate, and resolve issues related to materials and capacity availability and order-promising integrity.
+ Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet production needs.
+ Optimize raw material stock to minimize carrying costs while ensuring availability.
+ Manage warehouse operations and inventory tracking systems to maintain accurate records.
+ Implement inventory control strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
+ Create purchase orders with raw materials suppliers and contract manufacturers based on customer demand and sales forecast requirements.
+ Coordinate delivery of materials to align with production schedules and customer requirements, supporting on-time order shipment and corporate inventory levels.
+ Collaborate with production teams to develop and maintain production schedules.
+ Coordinate material flow within the manufacturing facility to ensure smooth operations.
+ Monitor production progress and address bottlenecks to maintain efficiency.
+ Arrange transportation and delivery of finished goods to customers.
+ Select and manage logistics providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective services.
+ Optimize shipping routes and costs to improve delivery efficiency.
+ Ensure timely delivery to customers and address any logistical issues.
+ Analyze supply chain costs and identify areas for improvement.
+ Implement cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain to enhance profitability.
+ Negotiate better pricing with suppliers to reduce procurement costs.
+ Monitor quality standards throughout the supply chain to ensure product consistency.
+ Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and returns.
+ Utilize data analytics to identify trends and make informed supply chain decisions.
+ Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance.
+ Develop and analyze Supply Chain KPIs, identify opportunities, and develop plans to close gaps.
+ Update and maintain ERP with data, including purchasing price (quotes), planning lead-time, lot sizes, safety stock, etc.
+ Communicate with suppliers, marketing, operations, and customer service regarding any issues affecting supply chain processes and service levels, both internally and externally.
+ Develop standard work and work instructions for the materials department.
+ Effective communication with stakeholders and flexibility in work schedule are essential.
+ Perform special projects and other duties as required.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, a related technical field (engineering, logistics, supply chain, or similar).
+ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
+ Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
+ Experience with data analytics tools and software (e.g., Power BI, Sales Force) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
+ Ability to negotiate with suppliers and distributors.
+ Comfort with leading and training employees.
+ Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
+ The ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
+ Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
+ Detail-oriented, highly accurate, and dependable.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; a second language is a plus.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Ability to work effectively and communicate positively with managers and employees at all levels of the organization.
+ Must be able to frequently stand, sit, walk, reach, kneel, and lift, move, or transport up to 25 lbs.
