    Responsible for collating and validating documents along with processing data for Old Dominion’s customers with the goal of streamlining and improving accuracy in the pricing process.

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Proofread and compile pricing documents for OD customers.

    + Coordinate with pricing analysts to ensure accuracy of information.

    + Present all information collated from data in an easily digestible format.

    + Load data into OD’s system for internal personnel to view for a variety of business purposes.

    + Set up new customers and amend existing customers in OD’s system to ensure bills can be rated accurately and automatically.

    + Research and update customer codes to ensure pricing is properly applied.

    + Distribution of pricing documentation directly to customers for their records.

    Job Qualifications

    Education:

    + Associate degree (2 Year Degree) or equivalent

    Experience:

    + Minimum of one year experience in the transportation industry

    + Understanding of outbound, inbound and third-party billing

    + Understanding of tariffs, schedules, NMFC rules, freight bills, shipper codes and bill-to codes

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

    + Must be detail-oriented and have strong proofreading/editing skills

    + Ability to multi-task and work independently

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Strong interpersonal skills

    Working Days:

    Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,

    Working Shift:

    AM / PM
