Job Description
Position Summary
Support Quality workstreams relating to Post Merger Integration (PMI)
Duties and Responsibilities

+ Support pillars of integration related to Metrics, ISO Standard and Bosch QMS GAP analysis + merger, and others as needed for successful alignment
+ Coordinate communication between HF sites
+ Review and approve proposed changes to existing global documentation framework as agreed through GAP analysis
+ Communicate project status to key stake holders across senior leadership & IMO
+ Assign and review work of various team members
+ Analyze production issues and modify incoming and production systems as needed
+ Work with cross functional teams including Design Engineering, Manufacturing Eng, Supply Chain, Production to support of continuous improvement initiatives
+ Implement strategic initiatives around improving internal quality practices and performance
+ Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze large datasets which support data driven decisions
+ Perform other duties as assigned by manager

+ No direct reports planned
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
+ Lift and move a minimum of 5pounds without assistance
Work Environment
This job will be full time onsite professional office environment with some time on the manufacturing floor as needed. Remote flexibility on an as needed basis.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment and is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions. The noise level in the work environment can range from quiet to moderate to loud.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar field or equivalent work experience
+ Strong understanding of Hydraforce QMS, experience in HF Audit preferred
+ Ability to collaborate with cross functionally with diversity of individuals cross functional and regionally at all organizational levels
+ Three to Five years related audit experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
+ Commitment to excellence and high standards
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
+ Ability to manage priorities and workflow autonomously
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Knowledge of various quality system methodologies such as Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, DFMEA, PFEMA, PPAP, etc.
+ Demonstrated sound judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
+ Ability to travel abroad required (10%)
Additional Information
The US base salary range for this full-time position is 83,700-$97,300 Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process.
