    We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role involves contributing to development projects within both local and global technical engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions tailored to customer needs.

    Responsibilities

    + Actively contribute to development projects as a member of technical engineering teams.

    + Design and layout printed circuit boards using the Altium software suite.

    + Translate customer needs into viable marketable solutions efficiently and timely.

    + Evaluate electrical systems, products, and applications to design optimal solutions.

    + Assure product quality during production by designing electrical testing methods at both board and system levels.

    + Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

    + Provide technical support to inside and outside sales personnel.

    + Adhere to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety (OHSA) procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design.

    + Experience with microcontroller designs and C programming.

    + Ability to design and layout printed circuit boards using Altium.

    + Strong organizational and time management skills.

    + Excellent verbal presentation, writing, and computer application skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

    + 1 to 5 years of product development experience in an electronic/electrical manufacturing environment.

    + Design experience in power, energy, defense, industrial automation, control industries, telecommunications, RF applications & testing, and DC circuits.

    + Experience in the design of Surge Protection Devices is a plus.

    + Ability to manage multiple objectives and adapt to changing priorities.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
