    • Top 3 Must-Haves

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD & Bluebeam

    + You must be confident in using AutoCAD and Bluebeam to create precise control system designs and documentation.

    + Strong MEP Systems Knowledge

    + A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is essential for designing effective building automation solutions.

    + Exceptional Communication & Project Management Skills

    + You’ll need to clearly interpret complex contract documents, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

    •️ What You’ll Do

     

    As a Control System Design Engineer, you’ll take charge of the design phase of our projects—creating innovative, cost-effective, and high-performance control systems. Your responsibilities will include:

     

    + Reviewing contract plans, specifications, proposals, and budgets

    + Developing project delivery schedules

    + Designing DDC control panels, wiring schematics, and system interfaces

    + Selecting control system products and creating bills of materials

    + Documenting system sequences of operation and operating parameters

    + Designing BMS communication networks

    + Creating electrical installation wiring diagrams and scopes of work

    • What We’re Looking For

     

    We’re seeking candidates who are passionate about engineering and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have:

     

    + 3+ years of experience in control system design

    + Strong knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite

    + Ability to read and interpret architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and communication system drawings

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and work within diverse teams

    + A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
