Data Review Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Review Pharmacist to join our fulfillment center team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our medication dispensing processes.

Responsibilities

+ Analyze and verify prescription data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.

+ Oversee the medication dispensing process to ensure that prescriptions are filled correctly and efficiently.

+ Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity of prescription data and adherence to best practices.

+ Work closely with pharmacy technicians, fulfillment center staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective operations.

+ Monitor and report any discrepancies or potential medication errors, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

+ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the FDA, DEA, and other regulatory bodies.

+ Identify opportunities for process improvements within the fulfillment center to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

+ Provide training and education to fulfillment center staff on data review processes and medication safety.

Essential Skills

+ Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

+ Active pharmacist license in the state of Minnesota.

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $69.09/hr.
