    Job Title: Construction SuperintendentJob Description

     

    This position is for a Construction Superintendent supporting a design-build firm that specializes in both residential and commercial construction. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing subcontractors on either a large job site or multiple smaller job sites.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage subcontractors on various job sites.

    + Ensure smooth operations and timely completion of construction projects.

    + Coordinate and oversee construction activities on-site.

    + Maintain quality control standards and safety protocols.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with general contracting and subcontractor management.

    + Knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes.

    + Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction superintendent.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma required; trade certifications are a plus.

    + Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

    + Residential construction experience is highly valued.

    Work Environment

    The position involves being on job sites most of the time. Employees will receive 80 hours of PTO and 6 paid holidays. After 6 months of employment, access to Udemy academy is available. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-end residential custom-built homes and commercial projects such as retail stores.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
