Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

The Plumbing Construction Project Manager will coordinate projects from request/PO to field installation and job closeout. The role involves ensuring that work is performed in a timely, profitable, and safe manner while meeting or exceeding the department’s quality and customer service standards, all while demonstrating the company's core values.

Responsibilities

+ Coordinate pre-work tasks including estimate review, budget planning, ordering large items, and handoff to the jobsite foreman.

+ Review schedules and deadlines, identify any potential issues, and implement solutions.

+ Requisition necessary materials, small tools, and equipment for the project.

+ Schedule final inspections and gather, organize, and ensure all customer documentation for final billing.

+ Review final billings before submission to the customer.

+ Spend 60% of time in the field inspecting work and 40% in the office.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience in commercial construction project management.

+ Knowledge of underground, groundwork, and tenant finishes.

+ Experience in plumbing project management.

+ Journeyman license (KY or IN preferred).

+ Strong project coordination skills.

+ Understanding of PVC and other plumbing materials.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 5-6 years of ground-up project management experience.

+ Familiarity with OSHA/safety requirements for a safe work environment.

+ Commercial plumbing experience is essential.

Work Environment

The Plumbing Division consists of approximately 35 people, including 1 Senior Project Manager and 1 additional Project Manager, with whom you will collaborate. You will indirectly manage 9-10 foremen on various projects. This role involves working primarily on local project sites and occasionally in the office. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $49.00/hr.
