Job Title: Field Service EngineerJob Description
This position primarily involves routine and emergency service, advanced troubleshooting, installation of machinery, and training of customers. Additionally, it includes some machine assembly work.
Responsibilities
+ Travel extensively throughout North America, Dominican Republic, and Canada, with potential travel up to 70-80%.
+ Perform strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
+ Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
+ Exhibit strong decision-making abilities and a proven history of mechanical experience.
+ Complete service and expense reports and manage administrative tasks.
+ Demonstrate initiative and drive to grow within the company.
+ Contribute new ideas, designs, and methods.
+ Read electrical and pneumatic schematics or demonstrate willingness to learn.
+ Utilize PLC, machine control, and ladder logic experience.
+ Employ communication skills using computer, phone, and internet.
+ Use MS Suite: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
+ Perform analysis and employ advanced troubleshooting techniques, including redesign of machine components and programming changes.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of electro-mechanical troubleshooting on pneumatics, hydraulic, servo motor equipment.
+ Experience troubleshooting PLC.
+ Customer interfacing experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
+ 3 years of field service work.
+ Experience working with refrigerated processes and equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $43.00/hr.
