    Job Title: Grinder Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Grinder Operator to join our team, responsible for setting up and running surface grinders, precision grinding, and operating other CNC machinery in the shop. This role involves handling multiple machines simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the production process.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and run surface grinders to achieve precision grinding results.

    + Operate multiple CNC machinery in the shop efficiently.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.

    + Perform radii and angle dressings on grinding wheels.

    + Ensure the quality of work meets the required specifications and standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in surface grinding and precision grinding.

    + Experience in CNC machine operation beneficial.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Skill in dressing grinding wheels.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $56160.00/yr.
