Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fire Systems Inspector to join our Lexington, KY team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing fire alarm and sprinkler systems to ensure they meet safety standards and function properly. You’ll work directly with customers, vendors, and team members to deliver top-tier service and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

+ Inspect and test fire alarm and sprinkler systems and their components.

+ Document deficiencies and ensure systems meet all safety and operational standards.

+ Educate customers on system functionality and maintenance.

+ Maintain professional interactions with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

+ Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.

+ Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum 12 months of experience in fire alarm or sprinkler systems.

+ Valid Fire Alarm License or NICET II certification.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.

+ Experience using electronic testing devices.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Valid driver’s license and ability to submit drug and background screenings.

+ Ability to meet state licensing and vendor certification requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in Fire Life Safety, Low Voltage, or Security systems.

+ Manufacturer certifications for fire alarm systems.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

+ Basic understanding of IT systems and functionality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
