• Fire Systems Inspector

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct inspections and testing of Fire Alarm and Sprinkler systems to verify proper operation and compliance with standards.

    + Identify and document any deficiencies found during system evaluations.

    + Clearly explain system functionality and findings to customers.

    + Maintain professional interactions with customers, vendors, and team members.

    + Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and best practices.

    + Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and skill development.

    + Comply with all company policies, procedures, and core values.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

     

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Core Skills:

    + Fire Alarm Systems

    + Sprinkler Systems

    + System Testing and Inspection

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Prior experience with fire alarm or sprinkler systems.

    + NICET Level II certification or relevant fire alarm/sprinkler license.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.

    + Proficiency with electronic testing equipment.

    + Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Valid driver’s license.

    + Eligibility to meet state licensing and vendor certification requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in Fire Life Safety, Low Voltage, or Security systems.

    + Manufacturer certifications for fire alarm systems.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    + Basic understanding of IT systems and functionality.

    + Additional NICET certifications.

    Experience Level

    + Intermediate

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
