Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with extensive experience in industrial maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance, and PLC troubleshooting. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepare equipment for operation, ensuring all tasks align with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

+ Perform repairs and preventative maintenance checks and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.

+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, air, and hydraulic systems.

+ Prepare tractor/trailers and assigned equipment for operation.

+ Perform preventative maintenance on tools, repair parts, equipment, and assigned vehicles.

+ Adjust operating mechanisms and determine corrective actions required to fix malfunctions.

+ Replace engine components and accessories.

+ Possess and use necessary hand tools for assigned tasks.

+ Operate power tools and equipment.

+ Obtain replacement parts and manage unserviceable parts according to company procedures.

+ Read, understand, and apply information from company maintenance manuals, technical manuals, policies, and common schematic diagrams.

+ Apply required company safety procedures and complete applicable maintenance forms and records.

+ Operate forklifts and powered trucks.

+ Demonstrate dexterity in both hands and possess safety boots.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

+ 3+ years of hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance experience

+ 3+ years of PLC troubleshooting experience

+ Mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills

+ Experience with preventive maintenance and repair

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with PLC control, blueprint reading, and electrical troubleshooting

+ Skills in maintenance repair and handling 3-phase electrical systems

+ Possession of industrial maintenance qualification

Work Environment

Work in an industrial environment where you may experience extremely cold conditions in the winter. Proper safety gear, including safety boots, is required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Fombell, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Vacation:

• Vacation days are added on January 1st of each year.

• New hire may accrue vacation time after probationary

period is completed, see manager for details.

• 5 days of vacation after 1 year of employment

• 10 days of vacation for 2 years to less than 5 years of employment

• 15 days of vacation for 5 years to less than 10 years of employment

• 20 days of vacation after 10 years or more of employment

Note: Vacation may be taken in full or half day increments.

Holidays:

You must complete your probationary period prior to

receiving paid holidays. There are 7 paid holidays: New

Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,

Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving Day, and

Christmas Day.

This is a fully onsite position in Fombell,PA.
