Job Title: Hydraulic Technician
Job Description
As a Hydraulic Technician, you will specialize in the assembly of hydraulic systems, including the assembly of hydraulic components, manufacturing of hydraulic hoses, and bending of hydraulic tubes. The role also involves field wiring, electrical conduit bending and routing, as well as debugging hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. You will be responsible for the installation of test stands, which includes field wiring and customer training. The position requires travel of about 10-15%, and you must be willing to fly.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble hydraulic components, manufacture hydraulic hoses, and bend hydraulic tubes.
+ Conduct field wiring and electrical conduit bending and routing.
+ Debug hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
+ Install test stands, including field wiring and providing customer training.
+ Travel approximately 10-15% of the time and be willing to fly.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in machine building, mechanical, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
+ Ability to read and understand schematic and blueprint designs.
+ Experience in assembly, fabrication, and mechanical assembly.
+ High school diploma required; a 2-year associate degree is desired.
+ 10+ years of experience in machine building, repair, or maintenance.
+ 5+ years of experience with hydraulic schematics, electrical schematics, and mechanical assembly drawings.
+ 5+ years of experience in hydraulic systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with PC-based data acquisition and control hardware.
+ Capability to use PC controls to perform basic check-outs of test stand functionality, including checking electric motors, hydraulic and pneumatic leaks, and ensuring proper operation of cylinders and actuators.
+ Experience in automotive repair is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
