Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our growing team specializing in agricultural construction, de-construction, and rigging. The role involves dismantling and assembling grain equipment within processing plants or constructing/dismantling grain elevators and conveyors. This position is part of our service team, which primarily handles local maintenance and service agreements for repeat customers.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble or erect steel structures as required for equipment.
+ Interpret shop drawings accurately.
+ Perform non-critical welding tasks.
+ Establish equipment or machinery center lines and elevations.
+ Conduct complex riggings.
+ Install equipment, machinery, or components with precision, including anchoring, leveling, and aligning.
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment.
Essential Skills
+ Mechanical aptitude
+ Experience with power and hand tools
+ Mechanic or technician experience
+ Construction and installation knowledge
+ Blueprint interpretation
+ Troubleshooting skills
+ Fabrication and repair expertise
+ Hydraulics and piping knowledge
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
