Job Title: Maintenance Electrician (1st shift 4AM-12PM) In Warrington GA
Job Description
This role involves providing technical support during daily downtime calls and performing in-depth troubleshooting and repairs of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various components, ensuring the efficient operation of equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities
+ Provide technical support during daily downtime calls when EQS lead and associate are engaged with other priorities.
+ Execute system resets and perform in-depth troubleshooting and repairs of electrical systems ranging from 24V DC to 480V 3-phase.
+ Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, including valves, pressure transducers, pumps, and associated piping.
+ Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on chains and drive components, vibrating conveyors, belt conveyors, and roller conveyors.
+ Fill out daily task sheets for the off shifts and log results the next day.
+ Ensure daily downtime sheets are completed and submitted by the off shifts.
+ Take responsibility for the Mold Machine upkeep and repair scheduling in one of our foundries.
Essential Skills
+ Strong industrial electrical experience.
+ PLC troubleshooting and programming.
+ Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ Ability to troubleshoot Fanuc robots.
+ Maintenance on machining centers and machining mills.
+ Automated machinery maintenance.
+ Knowledge of motor control circuits.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Multicraft maintenance technician certification.
+ Experience with 480V motors.
+ Proficiency in Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
+ Experience in CNC and blueprint reading.

Work Environment
The Electrical Tech will be working on 1st shift, with 2 weekends required a month, from 4:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Job Type & Location
1. This is a Contract to Hire Proven track record in supervising and training teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and optimizing production processes to meet and exceed targets, including hands-on machine operation training.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
