*Teksystems is currently seeking an experienced Medical Biller or Medical Collections Representative for a hybrid position near St. Louis, MO*

The ideal candidate for this role will manage tasks related to rejected, denied, and outstanding insurance claims, ensuring accuracy throughout the billing process. This includes addressing issues such as missing or incomplete documentation, delays in claim processing due to submission requirements, and credentialing concerns. Success in this role depends on thorough research, timely communication, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

+ Managing tasks related to rejected, denied, and outstanding insurance claims

+ Addressing issues such as missing or incomplete documentation, delays in claims processing due to submission requirements, and credentialing concerns.

+ Take inbound calls and place outbound calls.

+ Discuss bills with patients and providers.

+ Utilize EMR software for patient information

Setting: M-F 8AM-5PM, Hybrid Model

Requirements:

+ All Candidates must have an abundance of experience with various claims.

+ 3+ years of medical collections exp or revenue cycle management

+ High School Diploma

+ 3+ Years of Insurance Follow Up

+ EMR Experience

+ Strong Medical Terminology

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $27.30/hr.
