Job Title:** **Senior** **Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

The Senior Maintenance Supervisor role is responsible for managing all aspects of the Maintenance Department. This includes overseeing the upkeep of all manufacturing assets, managing maintenance budgets and resources, and leading the maintenance technician team. A significant aspect of this role involves handling work orders promptly and collaborating with the management team to improve efficiencies and implement automation as the production facility updates its machinery.

Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance management and establish priorities in maintenance schedules.

+ Manage, maintain, and establish maintenance procedures for production lines in a GMP manufacturing environment.

+ Establish and track maintenance metrics to monitor performance.

+ Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team that meets objectives (Team of 8 Technicians).

+ Manage parts cage and associated inventory.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in maintenance technician skills, automation, preventive maintenance, and operations management.

+ Experience in supervision and maintenance supervision.

+ Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

+ Familiarity with cGMP and safe working practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 5 to 10 years of supervisory maintenance experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing maintenance.

+ Experience in the beauty and/or food industry preferred.

+ Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

+ Experience with continuous improvement.

Work Environment

The work environment operates on a Monday to Thursday shift from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. It involves working in a GMP manufacturing setting with an emphasis on safe working practices.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Coolidge, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
