    Job Title: Cleanroom Technician/Sewing Machine Operator

    **1st Shift Hours** : 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ( _Monday through Friday_ )

    + **First Shift Starting Pay Rate** : $20.00 per hour ( _Paid weekly_ )

    **2nd Shift Hours:** 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM ( _Monday through Thursday_ )

    + **Second Shift Starting Pay Rate:** $22.00 per hour ( _Paid weekly_ )

    Job Description

    + Join a leading fabrication company specializing in manufacturing insulation blankets for aerospace, cryogenic applications, and military defense use. We are seeking dedicated cleanroom technician's to join our team and contribute to our growing number of orders.

    Responsibilities

    + Sew heavy canvas with industrial machines.

    + Measure and cut materials accurately.

    + Read and understand shop prints.

    + Pay attention to detail for documentation and ISO standards.

    + Document work processes carefully.

    + Work in a cleanroom with proper attire (bonnet, smock, booties, veil, beard guard, gloves).

    Skills & Qualifications

    + **_Required:_**

    + 6+ months of Manufacturing Experience

    + Strong work history and willingness to work hard.

    + Good English communication skills for effective training.

    + Willingness to learn and be trained in sewing and cleanroom procedures.

    + Ability to lift 25 lbs.

    + Ability to pass a basic reading, English, and math test.

    + **_Preferred:_**

    + Sewing experience

    + GED/High School diploma is preferred but not required.

    + Experience reading a ruler and blueprints (6 months - 1 year of experience preferred).

    + Cleanroom experience and gowning are a plus.

    Job Type & Location

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
