Job Title: Controls Installer
Job Description
This role involves providing direction and leadership to assigned team members and subcontractors, participating in project preplanning, leading the execution of projects, identifying customer issues, coordinating work with other trades, and ensuring quality installation of controls and systems.
Responsibilities
+ Provide direction and leadership to assigned team members and subcontractors.
+ Participate in the project preplanning process.
+ Lead the execution of assigned projects.
+ Identify customer issues or concerns and escalate for problem resolution.
+ Coordinate work with other trades.
+ Run control wire and install conduit and fittings per industry standards.
+ Mount and terminate controllers, sensors, and end devices.
+ Troubleshoot wiring and terminations of field-installed equipment using test instruments.
+ Mentor junior level installation technicians.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in installation, construction, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
+ Proficiency in electrical installations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum of 3 years' experience in the installation of Building Controls and Automation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reisterstown, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
