Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Your work will ensure our production environment remains efficient, safe, and aligned with the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
+ Diagnose and repair electrical equipment, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to keep production running smoothly.
+ Perform scheduled/preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs; troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure optimal operations.
+ Review production schedules and adjust equipment settings as needed to maximize productivity and quality.
+ Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and materials to support timely repairs and maintenance.
+ Utilize machining tools such as lathes and mills, alongside various welding equipment, for fabrication and improvement projects across the facility.
+ Work closely with Production Supervisors to implement equipment changes, modifications, and project improvements, reporting findings directly to your supervisor.
+ Engage in facility improvement projects and pursue additional certifications/credentials for ongoing career development.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with electrical systems and a strong mechanical aptitude.
+ Proven ability in troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, and emergency repairs within an industrial or aerospace environment.
+ Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the capacity to work closely with production supervisors and cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks, adjust to shifting production demands, and drive facility-wide improvements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.
$34-37/ hour plus quarterly bonuses
5% quarterly bonus potential
