    As the Liquidity & Deposits Product Management Group Manager Senior, you will be a senior member of PNC's Treasury Management organization, reporting to our Head of TM Product and Operations. This position will be based in a location within PNC's footprint.

     

    This Product Management Group Manager Senior will be at the forefront of driving TM collaborating across leadership to deliver a seamless experience, leverage digital and automation tools and support our payables and receivables platform. This role will directly manage the liquidity and deposit product portfolio, pricing approach and deposit operations for C&IB’s ~140BS .

    Other primary responsibilities include the following:

    •Define and align liquidity and deposit products with TM and C&IB strategy.

    •Coordinate approach with PNC Asset & Liability Management and other LOBs.

    •Articulate strategies and influence outcomes with executive audiences and relationship managers.

    •Ability to create executable plans to scale business and respond quickly to market factors.

    •Manage and grow priorities such as Escrow & Paying Agent and Organizational Financial Wellness.

    •Lead a multi-disciplinary team and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

    Job Description

    + Develops the vision and defines the strategy for the business and financial results for a product portfolio through the leadership of team(s) managing new and existing products by creating a differentiated customer experience utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics.

    + Defines the overall strategy to produce a differentiated customer experience related to product development for applicable business segments and product groups and helps ensure product offerings meet their profitability and customer goals. Understands and leverages how different products interact across the product suite.

    + Participates in the marketplace to influence product and customer experience trends. Maintains network of counterparts and third parties within the industry. Sponsors potential product development projects for feasibility and value and recognizes, anticipates and resolves complex operational and process problems that arise. Presents initiatives and policy changes to gain executive management buy-in. Manages progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time and within budget and meet strategic goals.

    + Serves as final point of escalation and ensures successful outcomes from key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery and other internal service partners. Leads activities with external stakeholders and clients throughout the product lifecycle. Owns business response to audit regulatory findings, and remediating MRAs.

    + Manages, motivates and develops the performance of multiple product lines and managers of the Product Development Management team and key contributors. Develops applicable succession plans.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
