    Description of the role:

    Full Time Front Desk Receptionist at Friendly Acura of Middletown located in Middletown, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

    Responsibilities:

    - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

     

    - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department

     

    - Schedule appointments and maintain office calendar

     

    - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

     

    - Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

    Requirements:

    - Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred

     

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

     

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

     

    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

     

    - High school diploma or equivalent
